Elena Patricio-Mulero is a professional perfumer based in Paris, France, who
creates bespoke fragrances for cosmetic products and fine perfumes. She
partners with beauty founders and brands to design distinctive scents that enhance
the consumer experience, embody the brand’s identity, and stand out in the market.
Her expertise spans fragrance formulation for skincare, haircare, and personal care products, as well as the creation of signature perfumes. Working closely with each client, Elena translates a brand’s essence into a unique olfactory expression. Every fragrance she develops is crafted to be high-quality, safe, and perfectly aligned with the brand’s story and audience.
By blending artistry with scientific precision, Elena helps brands craft memorable and luxurious fragrances that elevate both product appeal and brand recognition. With a degree in Chemistry from the University of Barcelona, Elena combines a scientific foundation with artistic sensitivity to create refined and emotionally resonant scents. She was one of only twelve students worldwide selected to train at the prestigious Grasse Institute of Perfumery, where she refined her craft under the mentorship of master perfumers.
Today, Elena works as an independent perfumer, collaborating with brands to shape their unique olfactory identities through tailor-made creations. In addition to her creative work, she is also a professor at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery, where she shares her expertise and passion with the next generation of perfumers.
